Mill Registration

Please register as a user for the correct one of the company types below. If you are not sure then please ask us at contact@walmart-csicompass.com – choosing the wrong company type can cause many problems later.

VENDOR

A Vendor is a Supplier to Walmart - with a Host Vendor Number(HVN) - Supplies directly to Walmart

MILL

Tier 2 facilities - Color Production facilities where colored articles are produced. For example: printing & dyeing, weaving/knitting mills, garment laundering, tanneries, painting, molding or extruding, and all other types color production facilities.
Mill Name and Mill IDs are assigned by BV and UL. If you need to obtain a Mill ID, contact: BEN.SoftlinesCustomerService@ul.com or walmarttesting@bureauveritas.com Only actual employees of these facilities should register as a Mill User for CSI ColorFlow.

As a reminder, all mills/factories working for Apparel divisions must have a registered user and have paid for access to Walmart CSI ColorFlow as of May 2nd. Submissions will be rejected after May 2, 2022 if the Mill ID listed does not have at least one paid user in Walmart CSI ColorFlow.

Walmart email security requirements..

      1. Generic emails/user ID’s are allowed, examples:

             a. wmcolorteam@walmart.com: Not allowed

             b. Wmgirlsknits@walmart.com: Not allowed

      2. Non-supplier domains are not allowed, examples:

             a. Gmail.com

             b. Qq.com

             c. 163.com

      3. Sharing of user ID’s is not allowed, example:

             a. Karen.mcghee@walmart.com with user id kmcghee cannot be shared with Liz and Ashley. Only Karen can use this log-in

      4. Admin email

              a. You are allowed to add one admin email on the page
              https://walmart-csicompass.com/colorflow/input/vendor_extra_emails.
              This email will ONLY share pass/fail results.No other communication will be sent to that email.

Your browser is blocking the CAPTCHA verification. This happens inside China and with some browsers on occasion. If you give us all the information to fill in the form, we will fill it in for you. We will assign a password that you can change after you have logged in. You can also have someone inside of your company outside of China try to register for you or try another browser to see if the verification will appear.
